Refunds
Due to the ingestible nature of our products, we cannot accept returns or exchanges once a product has been opened or the safety seal is broken. This policy ensures the safety and purity of our inventory for all customers.
Damaged Goods
We use glass apothecary jars which, while durable, can potentially break during transit. If your order arrives damaged, please email us at hello@layabotanicals.com within 7 days of delivery with a photo of the damage. We will send a replacement immediately at no extra cost to you.
Order Issues
If there is an error with your order (e.g., wrong item received), please contact us at hello@layabotanicals.com within 7 days of recieving your product so we can correct it promptly.
Cancellations
Orders can be canceled within 12 hours of placement, provided they have not yet entered the shipping process. Please reach out to hello@layabotanicals.com to confirm cancellation.
